How long does a typical project take?
It varies. The first call is 30 minutes. From there, most projects run from a couple of weeks to a few months, depending on scope. Ongoing partnerships are open-ended. We size to the question, not the calendar.
Do you work with companies outside Europe?
Yes. The work happens remotely with overlapping working hours. We travel for kickoffs and major milestones when it materially helps the project.
What kind of business do you work with?
We fit best where the owner or leadership team is still close enough to the day-to-day workflow to make decisions quickly. Larger enterprise programmes are usually better served by firms built for procurement theatre and committee aerobics.
What if AI is the wrong answer?
Then we say so. About one in four discovery conversations ends with us recommending a workflow change instead of a model. We will not bill you for an implementation phase if the diagnosis is "do not implement."
