Ask your company knowledge base
Connect approved folders, policies, proposals, SOPs, and client notes to a private assistant your team can ask from Slack, Teams, or email.
We set up and maintain an AI workspace that can answer from your company docs, monitor useful sources, and draft repeat admin work inside Slack, Teams, Telegram, or email.
The value is not the agent brand. It is the boring operational plumbing: approved data, useful workflows, sane permissions, monthly upkeep, and a non-technical team actually using the thing.
Your team already has chat, docs, inboxes, and recurring admin. We connect the useful parts carefully, then maintain the workflows so they keep working after the demo glow wears off.
Connect approved folders, policies, proposals, SOPs, and client notes to a private assistant your team can ask from Slack, Teams, or email.
Track tenders, competitors, client mentions, regulatory changes, sector news, or internal signals and deliver the useful bits into the channel where your team already works.
Turn rough notes, emails, PDFs, and messy instructions into first drafts, checklists, summaries, and client-ready working documents for human review.
This is not for vague AI curiosity. It fits companies with repeat questions, scattered documents, regular reporting, client/admin loops, and one person quietly holding half the business in their head.
Audit
Map the workflows, tools, data risks, and first useful build. You get a written plan, not a strategic fog machine.
Setup
Launch a starter workspace with chat access, approved knowledge sources, and 2 to 4 useful workflows.
Management
Updates, monitoring, workflow tweaks, support, and small improvements so the assistant does not rot after launch.
Short answers to the things sensible buyers ask before allowing an AI tool near company knowledge.
No. The service is the managed workspace: workflow design, chat setup, document connection, prompts, automations, monitoring, and support. Your team gets a useful assistant in the tools they already use, without having to manage the plumbing behind it.
It can be hosted on your premises or in the cloud, depending on what fits your data, budget, and internal IT capacity. We agree the hosting approach before setup so there is no mystery box humming away in the corner.
Where possible, the client owns the model provider account and pays usage directly. That keeps token costs transparent and avoids mystery margins hidden inside a support retainer.
Not by default. We start read-only for knowledge access and require human approval for sending, writing, deleting, or changing business records. Autonomous write access is a separate design decision, not a default toy switch.
The first call is 30 minutes. A focused audit usually takes 2 to 5 business days. A starter workspace normally takes 1 to 2 weeks once access and scope are agreed.
Book a short call. We will map the first workflow, tell you if this fits, and price the smallest version worth trying.
